The ArCists are a group of seven artists based in the eastern region committed to creating public artworks and developing and building teaching resources. Our collective was formed with the aim of combining our extensive skills base - between us we have over thirty five years of experience - to work within the public realm producing quality artworks. Our artworks are created through close co-operation between the artists, client and public, and we strive to provide an 'experience' for all involved, engaging participants through activities, performance, interactivity and events.

" The boxes are both fantastic and far exceed my expectations"  Debra Cox, Senior Museum Education Officer, Northampton Museums
" I've been waiting all my teaching career for a resource like this"  Primary school teacher, Montgomery Infants, Colchester
" If you are looking for creativity, imagination and innovation,  producing work that is totally sympathetic to its setting. If you are looking for people who can inspire children, teachers and whole school communities. If you are looking for people who can manage a project on time and within budget. Then the ARCISTs are who you need" Alan Garnett, Headteacher, North Primary, Colchester
"The quality of the finished resource is outstanding, not only for its artistic merit, but also in terms of excitement, challenge, engagement and creative possibilities for the children and community around each school" Graham Rusby, Manager, Colchester Schools Consortium
