ARTISTS STATEMENT

Ron Suffield started out primarily working with video. As his work developed he has moved into other areas adapting his approach and medium use to the one that seems most suitable. Recent work has included pinhole photography, animation, and 3D photographic sculptures as well as short films. With many years experience working in schools Ron realises that each commission is unique and therefore requires a unique approach. Ron has also worked on collaborative projects with artists such as Jorge Macchi and Chris Dobrowolski.
